		<description>Why anyone uses FedEx (or UPS) at all is beyond me. Aside from niche markets, like shipping hazardous materials, USPS does the job ten times as well for half the price. For all the complaining people do about the USPS, it's gotten a lot better over the last 10 years.</description>
